In 1965 Kuceli Real Estate was founded by Mr Albert Kuceli. Kuceli was the first agency in New Farm, and is still located in the convenient shopping centre on the corner of Moray Street and Merthyr Road. Some years later, as the business flourished, Mr Kuceli entered into a business partnership with another local identity, which saw the company grow from strength to strength.
Over the years that followed Kuceli Real Estate has become renowned in the local community for its record of success, its loyalty to and respect for clients, but more importantly it has been hailed as one of the few agencies that prides itself on honesty and integrity. Today, there is a significant percentage of the New Farm community who have bought and sold many times through Kuceli Real Estate; in many cases Kuceli has sold the same property 8 or more times—and always with the same commitment to a successful outcome.
The majority of the Kuceli staff have intimate knowledge of the area because they are longstanding owners and residents—they’re not fly-by-nighters, Johnny-come-latelys or the like. They’re absolutely passionate about the area and are very proud New Farmers, hence, the commitment to the area and the desire to work hard for their community. Not every agency can offer that to its clients.
